Meet our Rolex team
The Dubail teams share an in-depth knowledge of watchmaking and the same dedication to service. Trained in the world of Rolex, they welcome clients in each of the Maison’s Parisian spaces.
Personalised guidance
From discovering the collections to choosing a watch, Dubail advisers take the time to listen to and guide each client according to their wishes and expectations.
This guidance rests on the quality of advice, the availability of the teams and a precise knowledge of the Rolex collections.
A relationship built over time
Our guidance continues after the watch has been acquired. The Dubail teams remain at their clients’ disposal to advise them on the use and care of their watch, and to direct them to the appropriate services in keeping with Rolex standards.
Built to last, a Rolex watch can accompany life’s important moments and be passed down from generation to generation. Maison Dubail is committed to nurturing with each of its clients a relationship founded on trust, continuity and discretion.
