F.P.Journe produces approximately 1,000 precision mechanical timepieces each year, crafted by a team of master watchmakers and artisans who take pride in working alongside a creator whose office is also his workshop. Classique

The precision chronometers of the Classique Collection are the result of watchmaking challenges taken beyond established limits. Every exclusive 18-carat gold mechanical calibre is entirely conceived, developed and manufactured in-house.

Whether powered by a hand-wound movement or the self-winding Octa calibre, each model perfectly embodies the philosophy of F.P.Journe: to innovate while remaining faithful to the finest traditions of watchmaking.

lineSport

The lineSport collection offers contemporary sports watches featuring exceptional horological complications.

The Automatique Réserve, Centigraphe, and Chronographe Rattrapante are available in ultra-lightweight versions with titanium cases and bracelets paired with aluminium movements. They are also offered in platinum or 18-carat 6N gold, fitted with matching metal bracelets and 18-carat gold movements.

The latest addition to the collection, the Chronomètre Furtif, introduces a case and bracelet crafted from Tungsten Carbide, a material never before used by F.P.Journe, exclusively paired with an 18-carat gold movement.

A revolutionary concept, the Calibre 1210 electro-mechanical movement delivers exceptional autonomy of 8 to 10 years under normal daily wear, extending up to 18 years in standby mode.

After 35 minutes of inactivity, the watch automatically enters sleep mode to conserve energy. As soon as it is placed back on the wrist, the hands instantly return to the correct time via the shortest possible route.

The élégante is available with the distinctive Tortue Plate® case in 40 mm and 48 mm sizes, complemented by a wide selection of rubber or semi-set bracelets.

François-Paul Journe, Independent Master Watchmaker

Born in Marseille and trained in Paris, François-Paul Journe developed a passion for the great watchmakers of the eighteenth century from an early age.

At just 25 years old, he completed his first pocket watch featuring a tourbillon. In 1999, he founded his Manufacture in Geneva before later integrating the production of cases and dials into his own facilities.

His philosophy has remained unchanged: to master every aspect of watchmaking—from calibre design and dial creation to regulation and material selection. His independence has allowed him to remain uncompromising in his pursuit of creating timepieces destined to endure, both through their technical brilliance and their timeless aesthetic.
