A first in the history of the Chronomaster
Since 1969, the Chronomaster has carried the El Primero calibre, the first high-frequency automatic chronograph in watchmaking. With the Solo Sport, Zenith turns the exercise on its head: the counters give way to a display of hours, minutes, seconds and date.
The result is clearer, simpler, more universal. The 40 mm diameter — today’s most versatile size — and the restraint of the dial let the watch move from a suit to a weekend without compromise. This is the Chronomaster you wear from Monday to Sunday.

Ceramic and the Z motif: three expressions
Each version pairs a dial and a bezel in matching ceramic. White plays on brightness and maximum legibility. Black takes on a monochrome, urban, assertive character. Brown, a rarer choice in a sports register, brings warm, natural tones that sit particularly well alongside leather.

The dial is the real protagonist of the collection: the ceramic carries a striking Z motif in relief, a direct graphic nod to the high frequency that defines Zenith. Depending on how the light falls, the motif appears or fades — the watch shifts in expression through the day, with a depth usually reserved for fine watchmaking dials.
Comfort adjusted to the millimetre
The integrated ZENCLASP™ buckle is the Solo Sport’s most tangible everyday argument. Its micro-adjustment system lets you lengthen or shorten the bracelet by a few millimetres directly on the wrist, without tools — enough to account for a wrist that swells in the heat or at the end of the day, where a conventional steel bracelet forces a choice between slightly too tight and slightly too loose.
Water resistance of 20 ATM (200 metres) goes well beyond what a city watch requires and covers swimming as well as surface water sports. As for the 60-hour power reserve, it is enough to find the watch still running on Monday morning after setting it down on Friday evening.
