With the Maestro 2.0 Meteorite, Gerald Charles opens a new chapter in its history and enriches its iconic collection with a creation that is as bold as it is symbolic. For the first time, the Maison pairs a meteorite dial with a small seconds display, offering a new way of reading time through a material born in the cosmos. More than a timepiece, this watch embodies a true contemporary work of art, where watchmaking and cosmic storytelling converge.
Shaped by the emblematic architecture of the Maestro case, the Maestro 2.0 Meteorite turns the dial into a stage for artistic expression. Every detail evokes the power and tension of a precise moment: the impact of a meteorite colliding with the Earth. This vision pays tribute to the free and creative imagination of Gérald Charles Genta, for whom the dial was meant to be a space of emotion and movement.
This interpretation is expressed through two complementary versions. The black model captures the moment of impact, featuring a dark meteorite dial punctuated with red accents and brought to life by a fiery small seconds at 6 o’clock, all housed in a Darkblast-finished steel case. The more serene silver model evokes the calm after the explosion: the material cools, crystallizes, and reveals a light-toned meteorite with golden hues, enhanced by a polished steel case. Two visions of the same phenomenon, balancing raw energy and restored harmony.
